Katie is a retired actress, model and former Miss New Mexico USA. Being healthy and active has always been part of her life, which included volleyball growing up and fitness competitions in her early twenties. 

In 2013 Katie moved from New Mexico to Arizona to start a new marketing and social media career. Now, as a new business owner and new mom, it’s been a new experience with new goals to keep her as active as possible. Getting back into shape with the help of a personal trainer and the support of Cira, she’s been able to maintain her fitness goals and focus on being healthy for her growing family. Katie hopes to be in the best shape of her life in 2021!
